How we work with contractors
1. Understand the project
We start by understanding your project scope: type of work, location, timeline and typical activities like excavation, backfilling, concrete, roads and infrastructure.
2. Propose the equipment mix
Based on your scope, we propose a mix of machines – backhoe loaders, excavators, loaders, cranes, dump trucks, tankers, etc. – aligned with each phase.
3. Monthly / long-term quote
We prepare a clear quote focused on monthly and long-term rental, with quantities, working hours and responsibilities defined in advance.
4. Mobilization & coordination
Machines are mobilized to your site and we coordinate with your project and procurement teams as work progresses.
5. Adjusting the fleet
As project requirements change, we can adjust the fleet (add/remove machines) subject to contract terms and prior coordination.
6. Project close-out
At completion, demobilization and final billing are handled in a structured and transparent way so both sides can close the project confidently.
